Die-Casting aluminum pots tend to be thicker

The metal material range of making pot is very narrow, because the pot needs the good heat conduction performance at the same time needs the chemical property stability, otherwise can cause the food the taste to change. Many metals are good enough for thermal conductivity, but they are too volatile to process food.

Aluminum is a kind of metal with excellent thermal conductivity. It does not rust and resists many forms of corrosion.

Aluminum is generally in the form of stretching, die-casting or anodic oxidation. Tensile aluminum is formed by rotary stamping. Because the soft properties of this metal are generally the same as magnesium, copper or bronze made of aluminum alloy to increase the strength. Stretched aluminum is widely used in baking plate, juice plate, cake muffin baking pan, soup pot, steaming cauldron, pasta pan and even wok also have stretching aluminum production.

Die-Casting is often thicker than stretching, making it more suitable for cooking pot, Dutch pot and heavy baking pan.
